Travel Agreement
At Rise N Fly Travel we believe in taking travel to new heights. When you hire us to curate your experience you receive special amenities and upgrades when possible, a detailed itinerary and assistance while traveling. Additionally you will receive the. benefit of our hotel, destination and tour operator relationships. We look forward to working with you!
Agreements:
- Deposits are due immediately to secure quoted price.
- Full payment for all passengers is due 45 days prior to departure date, unless otherwise stated. For Vacation Club groups payment is due 90 days prior to departure date.
- Cancellations must be made prior to departure date. Without travel insurance full amount paid my be forfeited.
- Incidentals: Any damages will be the sole responsibility of the travelers.
Fees:
Includes researching the trip, booking travel, and support while traveling. Half of this fee ($50) will be applied to your booking. If travel isn’t secured within fourteen (14) days, the entire amount will be forfeited.
Note: Plan 2 Go is for bookings of 1 room with a maximum of 3 adults.
Includes research, booking, payment processing, and a group graphic/flyer. Covers administrative tasks such as collecting funds, sending emails, making phone calls, and supporting your group before, during, and after travel.
Note: Applies to groups of 3 or more people occupying 2 or more rooms.
Flight deposits are not included in this fee and must be paid separately.
For groups of 6 or more adults or 4+ rooms, a dedicated group website and payment portal are included.
Covers planning for your destination wedding, including:
• Room block negotiations
• Wedding package selection
• Additional décor and experience planning
• Excursions and transfers for wedding party
• Spa bookings, site inspections, and honeymoon coordination
• Travel assistance for you and your guests
Airfare Only: $50 per person
Includes booking all airfare or group deposits unless otherwise noted.
*Fee is for a single destination with three accommodation choices. There is an additional $50 fee per destination.
Please note: Due to the complex nature of travel planning, we prefer to handle the whole booking process and not to book “A la Carte” components to a trip that you have already partially booked on your own. We have learned from experiences that it can be confusing for everyone to have different components booked by different people and makes it very hard for us to ensure the level of service we aim to provide on all trips.
Terms of Agreement
By selecting a service type and submitting payment, you agree to the following:
• All fees are non-refundable
• No services or proposals will be provided until payment is received
• All card processing/transaction fees are the responsibility of the traveler(s)

Disclaimer
Rise N Fly Travel offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Rise N Fly Travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Rise N Fly Travel acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Rise N Fly Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith
FORCE MAJEURE
Rise N Fly Travel is not liable for claims, losses, or expenses due to events beyond our control, including:
• Acts of God
• War, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest
• Weather, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.
**All fees are non-refundable, will be charged before any trip details are provided and are subject to change.**
**All card processing and transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the traveler(s).**
Acknowledgement
By submitting your agreement form and payment, you acknowledge the above terms and agree to proceed accordingly.
