Travel Agreement

At Rise N Fly Travel we believe in taking travel to new heights. When you hire us to curate your experience you receive special amenities and upgrades when possible, a detailed itinerary and assistance while traveling. Additionally you will receive the. benefit of our hotel, destination and tour operator relationships. We look forward to working with you!

Agreements:

Deposits are due immediately to secure quoted price. Full payment for all passengers is due 45 days prior to departure date, unless otherwise stated. Cancellations must be made prior to departure date. Without travel insurance full amount paid my be forfeited. Incidentals; any damages will be the sole responsibility of the travelers.

Fees:

Plan 2 Go: $100

Researching the trip, booking travel, and support while traveling. Half of this fee ($50) will be applied to your booking. If travel isn’t secured within fourteen (14) days the entire amount will be forfeited.

Custom Groups: $200

Research, booking, payment processing and a group graphic / flyer for your trip. Administrative tasks related to your trip such as collecting funds, sending emails, phone calls as well as support before during and after your trip are included in this fee. Per person flight deposits are not included in this fee and must be paid separately

Destination Wedding: $200

Includes all pre-travel consultations and planning for your destination wedding. This includes assistance negotiating room blocks, wedding packages, arranging extra wedding decorations, planning wedding party excursions and private transfers, pre-booking spa treatments, arranging site inspections, your personal wedding travel and honeymoon relocation, and more. Your guest will receive the same status as our individual clients with unlimited consultations and travel advice as well as assistance while traveling if needed.

Airfare Only: $50

Per person rate for all airfare bookings including custom group airfare deposits, unless otherwise stated.

All fees are non-refundable, will be charged before any trip details are provided and are subject to change. All card processing and transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the traveler(s).

*Fee is for a single destination with three accommodation choices. There is an additional $50 fee per destination.

Please note: Due to the complex nature of travel planning, we prefer to handle the whole booking process and not to book “A la Carte” components to a trip that you have already partially booked on your own. We have learned from experiences that it can be confusing for everyone to have different components booked by different people and makes it very hard for us to ensure the level of service we aim to provide on all trips.

Rise N Fly Travel offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Rise N Fly Travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Rise N Fly Travel acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Rise N Fly Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith

By submitting the agreement form and paying the selected fee you agree to the terms of thee above agreement.
