At Rise N Fly Travel, we are committed to curating high-quality, seamless travel experiences that include detailed itineraries, reliable vendor partnerships, and dedicated travel support. The following Terms and Conditions outline your responsibilities as a traveler and our obligations as your travel advisor. By submitting your deposit or full payment, you agree to abide by these terms.

 

 

1. Travel Agency Role & Disclaimer

 Rise N Fly Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you (the traveler) and the independent travel vendors, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, ground transportation providers, and activity vendors. We do not operate or control these suppliers.

 

As such, Rise N Fly Travel is not liable for any act, omission, injury, delay, accident, loss, or irregularity that may occur due to the fault, default, or negligence of third-party providers. We make every reasonable effort to ensure your travel experience is smooth and enjoyable, but we cannot guarantee performance by these third-party vendors.

 

 

2. Deposits & Payment Terms

 All trip deposits are non-refundable and must be submitted by the stated deadline to secure your reservation and pricing. Final payment due dates vary by trip and will be communicated clearly on your booking page or invoice. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

 

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card via www.risenflytravel.com (Pay Later options available via Afterpay and Affirm)

• PayPal (processing fees apply)

• Recurring card payments (authorization required)

 

Please note: All card payments are subject to a 6% processing fee.

 

3. Booking Responsibility

 Travelers are responsible for:

• Ensuring passport validity (minimum of 6 months beyond return date)

• Meeting all entry requirements, including visas or health protocols

• Submitting accurate traveler information

• Making timely payments according to the outlined schedule

 

Rise N Fly Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, missed flights, or non-refundable fees due to failure to meet requirements.

 

4. Force Majeure

 We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or loss of enjoyment arising from circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, riots, extreme weather, flight cancellations, or natural disasters.

  

5. Changes & Cancellations by Supplier

 We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or travel components based on availability, vendor changes, or unforeseen circumstances. If a vendor cancels or alters a service, we will make reasonable efforts to secure comparable alternatives. Refunds and credits are subject to the vendor’s policies.

 

6. Conduct & Responsibility

 

All travelers booking through Rise N Fly Travel are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner throughout their journey. This includes compliance with all local laws, customs, and regulations, as well as any rules set by accommodations, transportation providers, tour operators, and vendors.

 

For group trips, travelers are required to adhere to all group expectations, schedules, and guidelines communicated before or during the trip. Any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant may result in the traveler being removed from the group experience or property at their own expense. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

For individual and custom travel, travelers are solely responsible for their actions and any resulting consequences. Rise N Fly Travel is not liable for denied services, removal from accommodations, or legal issues arising from traveler conduct.

 

By booking through Rise N Fly Travel, all clients agree to uphold these standards and understand that failure to do so may impact their travel experience.

 

7.Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in your specific package. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Cancellations without insurance may result in the forfeiture of all funds paid. Payments not completed by the specified due dates may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.

 

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Rise N Fly Travel offers retail travel services through independent travel vendors. We do not control or operate the transportation, accommodations, or services of these vendors and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or defaults. We act solely as an agent and are not liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by any third party.

 

9. Updates to Terms

 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The current version will always be available on www.risenflytravel.com and applies to all new bookings.
