Effective as of July 29, 2025
All payments made toward any travel experience booked through Rise N Fly Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing. By submitting a deposit or payment, you agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable Payments
All trip deposits and installment payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- Deposits to hold your reservation
- Monthly installment payments
- Final balances
- Full trip payments
This policy applies to all travel bookings, including but not limited to:
→ Group travel
→ Leisure/vacation packages
→ Destination weddings
→ Custom group trips
→ Airfare-only services
→ Plan 2 Go or Trip Planning packages
Due to strict vendor payment schedules, group pricing contracts, and planning labor, no exceptions will be made to this clause unless outlined in Section 3.
2. Cancellations by the Traveler
If you cancel your travel for any reason — including medical issues, scheduling conflicts, lack of travel documents, or emergencies — no refunds or credits will be issued by Rise N Fly Travel.
Payments may not be transferred to a different traveler, destination, or trip.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your trip without refund.
3. Discretionary Refunds (Leisure / Custom Travel Only)
In select leisure or custom travel bookings (not group trips), partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Rise N Fly Travel. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and depend on:
- Vendor refund policies
- Timeline of cancellation
- Non-recoverable costs already paid to suppliers
If any refund is issued, a non-refundable agency fee will still be withheld from the refunded amount.
Requests must be made in writing and confirmed in writing.
4. Force Majeure
Rise N Fly Travel is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Airline schedule changes
- Border closures or pandemics
- Acts of war or terrorism
- Government restrictions
In such cases, vendor-specific policies will apply for refunds or credits. Rise N Fly Travel will advocate on your behalf, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Recommended providers include Allianz and Travel Insured. Insurance should be purchased within 7 days of your deposit for full coverage eligibility.
Travelers without insurance assume full responsibility for all non-refundable costs.
6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Maryland in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party shall bear their own legal costs.
